I don't 'workout'. I have tried many times over the years. All have failed. I do yoga. And I sorta of run slow. But I want to say that Kelly Flagg Lifestyle -Fitness and Wellness for Women has changed all that. I finally LOVE working out and look forward to it!! (I can't believe I am saying that!) Kelly is able to adapt to not only my schedule, by my body aches and pains. She pushes me and motivates me without intimidating me. She is very encouraging and positive. I'm impressed with how much she knows, and how much care she puts into making sure I have proper form and posture at all times to protect myself and my injuries.
